  1. New: we received your request.
  2. In contact: our team is contacting you to confirm details.
  3. Confirmed: agreed and booked.
  4. Cancelled: cancelled at your request or due to unavailability.

Cancellations and refunds

Subject to providers' terms (airlines, hotels; visa fees are usually non-refundable). We explain them in writing before confirmation.
